About Willkeeper

Careful by nature.

We built Willkeeper because making a will shouldn't feel intimidating, expensive, or cold — and because getting it right matters more than almost anything else you'll sign.

Our story

Plain help for an important thing.

Most Australians know they should have a will. Far fewer actually do — not because they don't care, but because the process feels daunting and the jargon puts them off. So the people we love are left without a clear plan during the hardest week of their lives.

Willkeeper exists to remove the friction. We turn a will into a handful of plain questions you can answer from your kitchen table, and we're honest at every step about what a guided will can and can't do — including when you'd be better off with a solicitor.

Careful, calm, and clear. That's the whole idea.

What we stand for

Three promises we don't break.

01

Plain-spoken

No jargon, no Latin, no fine print designed to confuse. If a nine-year-old couldn't follow it, we rewrite it.

02

Honest about limits

We're a self-help tool, not a law firm. When your situation needs a solicitor, we'll tell you plainly — even though it means sending you elsewhere.

03

Private by default

Your details are among the most sensitive you own. We handle them under the Privacy Act and never sell your data. Full stop.
